We are in Nardo. It is awesome. It is hotter than ever and super humid.
A typical roadside stop welcomes us to Puglia.

The olive trees are 100s of years old in Puglia |

Not what we are used to seeing by the highway. |
The centro storico has many lovely unidentified buildings.
The symbol of Nardo is the bull. The story goes that people here were starving. (a common theme in Italy) and a bull pawed the ground with his hoof and water sprang out and everyone was saved.

Look for the cool reflection in the window that I did not even see when taking the photo. |
