Jim's Drawings
It is so embarrassing that I have not posted any of Jim's drawings. My only excuse is that I am taking photos of mine while I am doing them and he hides his away after barely showing them to me. So here they are:
No really, that is all you do. You stir it every now and then so it doesn't freeze solid. The real ice makers use flat pans so it freezes quicker, but we use a bowl and then stir it and break it up with a fork. Then we put it in a plastic container from IKEA. That might be the secret. You might have to take it out a few minutes early before you serve it, but that is all. Adding the air by stirring changes the way it freezes.
What's the method for making the ice? There must be more to it than just putting it in the freezer...
