Jim thinking about what to draw. He wisely found a spot in the shade.
Me painting on a terrace as high as one can go in Castel Vecchio. Higher is closed off due to earth quake damage.
Hi Jeneanne--it looks like you are becoming Italified!! We had a sudden storm here last night, but then it turned nice again. You had dinner at 8 p.m. pretty late for me. My husband is usually in bed by that time. Enjoy your time together and have fun. Take care!! Thanks for all the updates. Great job!!
I call the pastels I do painting, because they are done in the syle of a painter. Jim's work is more like drawing so I would call it that. The pastel society of America says that if you cover the page it is a painting and if you don't it is a drawing.
You would not be able to be served dinner in Italy before 8pm. We are eating later and later. It is nice, because then the day is over and there is no more work. Especially because you are a little smashed.
Its looking better and better!
ReplyDeleteJeneanne- Why do you call it "painting" when you are "pasteling"?
